As important as reporting is in any information system - and there are many
reports provided with PRC - it is even more important to know that the
necessary information is being captured reliably and that it is stored in a
repository that is accessible. PRC's underlying "Multivalue" architecture
gives it a uniquely visible and available repository of useful information,
even beyond the scope of the available reports.
